About Project

In that project, I learned how to manage a project, foster creativity, and think outside the box.
Additionally, I gained valuable experience in developing a Design System by seeking out experts in the field and incorporating their insights into our product.

My Role

My role primarily focused on UX, road mapping, and the development of the design system.

Step 1: Research

We utilized a range of research methods including user interviews, competitor analysis, focus groups, and market data collection.
This process took approximately one month to complete.

Based on the collected data,
we gained insights into our focus groups, the intricacies
of game development, and the associated costs and value propositions.
Our focus groups consisted
of game studios (ranging from small to mid-sized to AAA studios) and gamers/creators.
With this understanding, we embarked on creating a roadmap for our applications and began crafting our initial wireframes, which you can view below.

I implemented documentation for each component along with the associated rules. To simplify matters, we created a navigation list for components, ensuring that our Design System (DS) remained aligned with Storybook for the developers' benefit.

I worked for two months to develop an MVP. During this time, I created and developed approximately 40 high-fidelity screens.
